When will my item ship?

Orders ship within 10 business days.

If there are any substantial changes to the ship date, you’ll receive an email with updated  information.

Our online department is closed holidays and weekends. We do not ship during holidays, weekends, or planned closures.

Certain designs, especially new arrivals, have estimated shipping dates indicated in their product listing. We aim to help you plan accordingly by showing transparency on the shipping information. Designs typically ship within 3-5 business days of the date listed.

Note that orders placed during sales (i.e. Black Friday sales) when extremely high demand and order volumes occur, shipment times may be longer than the standard timeframes mentioned above. Updated shipping times and information will be provided to set expectations.

How do I track my order?

Once the order has been processed and handled, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may then track your order via the tracking number shared.

Why do you list an estimated ship date?

We believe in transparency. Philthy Ragz drops are produced in real time.

Because pieces are being produced and finished during the drop window, we provide an estimated ship date so you know what to expect before checkout. We always work to ship sooner whenever possible, but we list dates that help you plan confidently.

Tip: If you’re shopping for a specific event or trip, we recommend ordering based on the listed estimated ship date.

What are your return policies?

  • Philthy Ragz does not issue refunds.
  • Designs can be returned / exchanged.
  • Designs bought at a discounted / on-sale price are not eligible for returns.
  • Returned design must be in pristine condition; any signs of damage, wear, alteration, or washing will not be eligible for return.
  • All tags and accessories included in the package must be returned with the design.
  • Returned design must be received within 10 calendar days from delivery date.
  • If the above policies are not met, the package will be returned with no credit issued.
  • If all return requirements are met, an online store credit code will be delivered via email within 5 business days.

How do I send a design back?

  1. Securely pack the design (and other included items) in the same or comparable packaging.
  2. Include the return postcard with the completed form (including a checkmark indicating your preference whether you wish to receive a store credit or exchange the design).
  3. Ship your package to the address indicated below.
